This hub brings together information that Fundación Katari can present on a verifiable basis, together with approved indicative frameworks for resource management, impact, sustainability and accountability. Undocumented legal, tax or financial data are not published.
01 · Institutional identity
Fundación Katari works to improve living conditions and promote sustainable development for people and communities in situations of vulnerability. Colombia is its primary framework, while international coordination forms part of its institutional orientation.
02 · Resource Management
Indicative framework. Resource management is conceptually structured to preserve traceability from income through to evidence and reporting, without attributing audits, certifications or controls that are not documented.

03 · Donation certification
Fundación Katari may issue, where legally applicable, the relevant certification for donations received. The tax treatment will depend on Fundación Katari’s legal and tax position, the donor’s circumstances and the applicable regulations.
A philanthropic recognition certificate acknowledges a contribution or institutional relationship. A tax donation certificate, where legally applicable, responds to legal and tax requirements. They are not equivalent.
04 · Traceability and accountability
The contribution reference system is designed to support reconciliation and reporting. It does not imply individual tracking of each monetary unit or treat a registered intent as revenue.
The KATARI-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX code links a registered intent to the subsequent reconciliation process. Financial confirmation must come from the payment mechanism or the corresponding reconciliation process.
05 · Impact and sustainability
Fundación Katari is structuring a framework to distinguish activities, immediate outputs, outcomes and impact, link indicators to sources, and strengthen the sustainability of interventions.
